Director Wang Lihai graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a master’s degree from Zhengzhou University Law School. With over a decade of experience in cardiac surgery extracorporeal circulation, he has handled numerous high-profile cases. Notably, in a case involving improper neonatal care at Foshan Nanhai Maternity and Child Hospital, he was interviewed by major media outlets including CCTV, Guangdong TV, Shanghai TV, Shenzhen Satellite TV, and various traditional and online media. Shenzhen Satellite TV’s program Ju Shuo Hao Kan produced a three-part series based on a case he handled at Huizhou Sanhe Hospital, featuring him as a guest lawyer. He provides legal services to multiple public institutions and public/private medical organizations, participates in academic discussions, and offers solutions for complex legal issues.
Lawyer Gan Yongming, the founder and chief partner of Guangdong Chenggong Law Firm, serves as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and Nanchang Arbitration Commission. He acts as a standing legal advisor and independent director for several listed companies and large enterprises, providing legal services to medical aesthetics hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, and contributing to academic discussions and solutions for significant legal challenges.
