Logistics and Maritime Law Professional Committee

I. Introduction
The Logistics and Maritime Law Professional Committee specializes in resolving civil and commercial disputes in maritime law, logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding. The committee represents clients in various maritime and commercial litigation cases at maritime courts, including Guangzhou Maritime Court, Xiamen Maritime Court, Shanghai Maritime Court, and Ningbo Maritime Court. These cases include, but are not limited to, disputes involving "delivery without bill of lading," "unclaimed cargo," cargo damage or shortage, customs seizures, and unpaid freight charges. With a service focus on "top-level design for risk prevention measures and customized legal training courses," the committee tailors personalized legal training programs for multinational corporations, large domestic enterprises, and import/export companies, addressing emerging and typical trade, logistics, and import/export operations.


II. Scope of Services

The committee provides litigation and non-litigation services to international freight forwarding and logistics companies, covering the following areas:
