I. Introduction
The Network and Information Compliance Committee of Guangdong Chenggong Law Firm was established on January 1, 2021. The committee is chaired by Luo Zhenhui, the Managing Partner of Guangdong Chenggong Law Firm, with Yang Xin, an Equity Partner of the firm, serving as Vice Chair, and Yu Jiefeng, a Full-time Lawyer at the firm, as Secretary.
The committee consists of nine members, bringing together a diverse group of professionals with multidisciplinary expertise in network and information compliance, including but not limited to:
Talents with master's degrees or higher from top-tier domestic universities;
Professionals with overseas education backgrounds;
Individuals holding relevant network and information compliance certifications.
This committee is dedicated to conducting forward-looking research in the field of network and information compliance, integrating international regulations with domestic policies and trends. Grounded in practical realities, we provide customized cybersecurity and data compliance solutions for clients, along with litigation and non-litigation legal services tailored to their needs.
